Ingredients
8-9 pomegranates
30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
925 ml (3 3 / 4 cups) granulated sugar
2.5 ml (1 / 2 cup) unsalted butter

1 packet (57 g) fruit pectin regular
Preparation
Slice the fruit into two. Press the seeds (put on disposable gloves) to extract the juice.
Measure 750 ml (3 cups). Pour into a saucepan. Add lemon juice and butter, if desired, to reduce the foam.
Pour regular pectin powder (use 1 / 2 bag for 750 ml juice). mix well
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring. Add sugar and stir constantly. Keep this rolling boil for 1 minute.
Skim off the heat. Pot. sterilize
Makes about 4 jars of 250 ml.
